Things You Should Know About Our Bundle Packages For VTL
In our effort to provide you a convenient travelling guide for your Vaccination Travel Lane (VTL) land transport tickets, we have collaborated with few authorised organisations to assist you to make your travelling experience smooth and hassle free.
One of the major requirements for the VTL land transportation scheme is to have the Pre-Departure Test (PDT). The test must be conducted within 48 hours before your traveling date and time. So to make it more simple, we have collaborated with few medical experts to assist us on this:

PRE-DEPARTURE TEST
From Singapore to Johor Bahru

- If passenger did not purchase during check out, they can walk-in to Raffles Hospital TTC and show their Causeway Link VTL bus ticket.
- Appointment is not required..
- This add-on is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, in the event that passengers cannot make the VTL trip due to certain circumstances, the PDT ART test can be moved to another date.

- If passenger didn’t purchase the PDT-RTK test this during check out, they can walk-in to the Laboratory and show their Causeway Link VTL bus ticket.
- This add-on is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, in the event that passengers cannot make the VTL trip due to certain circumstances, the PDT-RTK can be moved to another date.
VTL TRAVEL INSURANCE
Every Singapore Citizen enter to Malaysia will require a COVID-19 Travel Medical Insurance. Causeway Link has include COVIDSafe Coach Protect Insurance as an add on selection during you purchase your VTL bus ticket. This insurance policy will cover trip cancellation that is caused by Covid19 as well as Overseas medical expenses due to Covid-19 infection.
Please be reminded that the passenger who purchased before XXXXX cannot top up and upgrade their HL Travel Insurance to this COVIDSafe Coach Protect Insurance. To check the coverage of your current policy, please refer to the HL Travel Insurance policy.
The latest insurance policy is only applicable for the passenger who purchase round-trip within 10 days that departure from Singapore. Please refer to COVIDSafe Coach Protect Insurance policy here for the full details.
