Starting from 1 April 2022, Causeway Link will run a shuttle bus service between BSI CIQ, Johor Bahru- Woodlands CIQ, Singapore.
This bus service runs daily with approximately 15 minutes time interval depending on traffic and custom clearance condition.

From Singapore to Malaysia Requirement
Fully vaccinated travellers must be within the following basic criteria to be eligible for Vaccinated Travel between Malaysia and Singapore:

- Fully vaccinated vaccinated travellers with COVID-19 vaccines recognised by the Ministry of Health (MOH) Malaysia. This includes short-term visitors from other countries, who would like to travel to Malaysia for all purposes of travel. Click here to check the definition of vaccination status.
- Children aged 12 years and below will qualify for quarantine free travel under the Vaccinated Travel into Malaysia without the need to show proof of vaccination. The age of the child will be based on the calendar year.
- Download the MySejahtera app and create an account
- Fill-up the digital pre-departure form via the ‘Traveller’ icon on MySejahtera
- Verify your digital COVID-19 vaccine certificate (for travellers with vaccine certificates issued overseas)

From Malaysia to Singapore Requirement
Fully vaccinated travellers must be within the following basic criteria to be eligible for Vaccinated Travel between Malaysia and Singapore:

- Fully vaccinated with accepted COVID-19 Vaccines for Entry to Singapore. Unvaccinated children below 12 years old MUST be accompanied by vaccinated adults.
- If you are Fully Vaccinated and Recovered Traveller (had tested positive for COVID-19 between 7 to 90 days before your date of departure for Singapore), please refer to the Singapore SsafeTravel – VR Protocol Checklist.
- Travellers are strongly encouraged to complete the online SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with Electronic Health declaration before departure, up to 72 hours before arrival in Singapore.
- Install and Activate TraceTogether.
