myBAS T30 Completes the Launching of All myBAS in Johor Bahru

JOHOR BAHRU: The opening of myBAS Johor Bahru T30 operations which runs between JB Sentral and Kulai Terminal was held in JB Sentral on December 1, 2022, to mark the completion of the launching of all myBAS operations in Johor Bahru.

Representatives from MAJU, HISB Operations, IT, and Marketing Teams attended the said event and took this opportunity to run an awareness campaign by approaching all myBAS passengers to encourage them to join the prepared line-up activities on that day.

On-ground activities such as flyering, promotion of Cashless payment via the ManjaLink card, LUGO Apps download to help passengers trace the bus, and Lucky Draw session was also conducted which makes the passengers surprised.

Some passengers who ride the myBAS T30 expressed appreciation for the services offered by myBAS, including the ManjaLink Card and the myBAS T30. Passengers also hope that we will provide them with consistently good customer service especially when it comes to punctuality and friendly services on the ground.

myBAS Johor Bahru is currently under the Federal Government that covers 5 corridors in Johor namely Kota Tinggi, Masai, Kulai, Gelang Patah, and Pontian. A total of 128 buses will be used for this project consisting of diesel and electric vehicles.
