Melaka, July 13, 2024: Handal Indah Sdn Bhd’s Human Resources Department participated in the recent Karnival Kerjaya MyFutureJobs Melaka CareerTrans 2024, attended by over 2,000 job seekers from Melaka and nearby states.

Our HR Department took this opportunity to offer vacancies for Trainers, Bus Captains, Supervisors, Workshop Mechanics, and other technical positions related to the logistics industry.

Ms. Zetty Abas, Lead, Human Resources Talent Acquisition, stated that this event is an opportunity to seek talents from the region as we are also running our latest public transportation project in Melaka, namely SBST Melaka. “If we find suitable candidates, we will include them in the potential training and job vacancy list that matches their qualifications in our company,” she added.

Additionally, Melaka’s Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf Yusof, noted that Melaka is the first state in Malaysia to incorporate gamification elements into a career fair. These interactive elements, including games, activities, contests, and skills development sessions, aim to expose candidates to the modern employment landscape, making them more competitive in the workforce.

The event, organized by the Melaka state government and PERKESO, featured 40 top employers in Melaka, offering job seekers immediate career opportunities.

Other notable attendees included Dato Azhar Haji Arshad from the Melaka State Secretariat, Puan Siti Faizah binti Abdul Aziz, Deputy Exco of Health, Human Resources and Unity; Dato Sri Subhan Kamal, Chairman of PERKESO; and Dato Sri Dr. Mohammed Azman Aziz Mohammed, CEO of PERKESO Group.

Meanwhile, the SBST Melaka Marketing Team, led by Mr. Sonny Peru Cosme and Dihaul Badri, was present to distribute flyers and raise awareness about the new bus service in Melaka called SBST Melaka. The team collaborated with the HR Department to educate the crowd on how to track the bus using the LUGO App.

LUGO App is a journey planner where passengers of SBST Melaka can track the bus information of the SBST Melaka bus service being offered in Melaka.
