Ombak Festival is a multifaceted festival presented by Desaru Coast. The festival features four captivating elements – Music & Performances, Visual Arts & Craft, F&B, and Ombak Kids – which festival goers of all ages can experience with the best of 5-star comfort at any of the four in-destination resorts, making for The Ultimate Weekend experience!

For Music & Performances, we have some of the biggest legends in entertainment! The headliners for Ombak Festival 2024 are Grace Jones; Nile Rodgers & CHIC; Macy Gray; The Cardigans; and Quantic! Sharing the limelight will be contemporary artistes such as Zainal Abidin; Joe Flizzow; Bunga; Masdo; Aisyah Aziz; Alena Murang; Thee Marloes; The Shang Sisters; WVC Jazz; Havana Jazz Tumbao; DJ Güpson Pierre; Disko Santan; Alextbh; Matilde G; Adrian G; and Sweet Nightmare.

Art lovers will rejoice as the Visual Arts & Craft element features Abdul Multhalib Musa’s metal sculptures, the Shore Debris Table installation by Ernest Goh of Ayer Ayer, Segaris Art Activations, and marketplaces Dia Guild and Lokal Market at Festival Village, which are packed with offerings that are environmentally and socially conscious and accessible to all. Rounding up the arts are fashion innovators Kapten Batik, who will showcase their batik collection, along with special Ombak Festival merchandise.

Foodies are in for a treat thanks to the F&B element! Guests will be spoilt for choice at the Festival Village, where Food Fiction by REXKL will serve up F&B stars including Licky Chan; Jojo’s by Joloko; Stellar; Fafaba; KAI; Calle Taco; The REX Bar; Brotani; and Kantin. There’s also the Kitchen Takeover by Carbon KL; Latin Street Flavours by Feliz; House of Qureshi by Chef Ahsan Ali Qureshi; and Flavours of Borneo with Ombak Festival-exclusive cocktails by Reka:bar and Vér and tapas by Chocha Foodstore.

And if that doesn’t fully whet your appetite, there are also Exclusive Ticketed Events including Ember Beach Club Brunch by Chef Andrew Walsh; Ombak Supper Club with The Stars by Yellow Fin Horse; An Exploration of Nusantara Cuisine with Khir Johari & Chef Adu; Streets & Beats; and All Q’ued Up, a special performance by Quantic.

We saved the best for last! Ombak Kids will get to experience Silent Disco Asia; Mereka Garden Games; Storytelling SG; Junglewalla; Flying Kites; Sailing Jongs; and Star Wars-inspired wayang kulit – so much fun, they won’t want to go home…

2. Ticket Confirmation:

Once the seat is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Luggage Information:

Only 1 hand luggage is allowed for each traveller

4. Additional information:

• This transfer service to the Ombak Festival 2024 is operated by Causeway Link
• Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
• Travel by bus (40-seater bus)
• Seating is on a first come first serve basis
• Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle
• This vehicle is not wheelchair-accessible
• Please be at the boarding locations at least 10 minutes before departure time. Driver will depart on time
• No cancellation or changes allowed once ticket is sold
• No refund is allowed after a purchase is made

• Passports must have a minimum of 6 months validity after completing the journey across to Malaysia
