• A MINIMUM 20 PASSENGERS is required to confirm the trip based on their departure date. Cancelled trip will give options to customer to refund the planned trip or choose to change to another departure date or top up additional fee to cover the cost.
• All the e-ticket will send by email.
• The e-ticket and QR Code is valid for Single entry following the indicated date in the e-ticket.
• If guest is unable to attend the departure time of the transportation service provider, the guest will need to bear the responsibility to arrange their own transport to follow the itinerary of the planned trip.
• Cut off dates for each trip is three (3) days before travelling date.
• The e-ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered. The e-ticket must not be copied, resold, or duplicated and must only be used once.
• Admission to the park is valid for all age groups:
  • Adult: 12 – 59 years old
  • Child: 3 – 11 years old / Senior: 60 years old and above
• Opening hours for the Theme Park is at 10:00AM-6:00PM, daily
