Universal Studios Singapore™ (USS) features about 28 rides, shows, and attractions in seven themed zones for you and your family to enjoy. Experience this Asia’s first Hollywood movie theme park which features an enticing selection of attractions, rides and entertainment for all age groups.


USS is also the first Universal Studios theme park to open in Southeast Asia and is the second in Asia right after Japan.

How to use

  • For counter purchase, a unique QR code will be issued to download the e-ticket used for admission at the Universal Studios Singapore.
  • For online purchase, customer will directly receive an e-ticket with a valid code which will be used for scanning at the admission gate.
  • Scan the barcode at the turnstile (admission gate) at the Universal Studios Singapore.
  • The e-ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered. The e-ticket must not be copied, resold, or duplicated and must only be used once.
  • The validity of the admission ticket is based on the purchase date/ requested date.
  • Ticket is valid for admission at Universal Studios Singapore™ only.
  • Valid for all age groups:
    • Adult : Ages 13 to 59
    • Child : Ages 4 to 12
    • Senior : Ages 60 & above
    • Free admission for kids below 4 years old.
  • No cancellation or changes on the ticket particulars is allowed once ticket is sold.
  • No refund is allowed after a purchase is made.

By Bus and Train:

From Johor Bahru CIQ (First Link) Via Queen Street:

  1. From Johor Bahru CIQ, take Causeway Link CW1 (Kranji), CW2 (Queen Street), and CW5 (Newton Circus) bus services to enter Singapore.
  2. Once you are done with the Woodland Checkpoint, take Causeway Link CW2 bus services to go to Queen Street.
  3. Upon reaching Queen Street Bus Terminal, customer need to walk to MRT Bugis (Downtown Line) station, then transfer at MRT Chinatown (North East Line) to MRT Harbour Front Sentosa Express Beach Station to go to Waterfront Station and walk straight to the entrance of Universal Studios Singapore™.

From Johor Bahru CIQ (First Link) Via Newton Circus

  1. From Johor Bahru CIQ, take Causeway Link CW1 (Kranji), CW2 (Queen Street), and CW5 (Newton Circus) bus services to enter Singapore.
  2. Once you are done with the Woodland Checkpoint, take Causeway Link CW5 bus services to go to Newton Circus drop off/ pick up point.
  3. From Newton Circus drop off/pick up point, proceed to Newton MRT station and take the Downtown line (Blue Line) to Chinatown.
  4. From Chinatown, proceed to the North East Line at Chinatown station (Purple Line) to HarbourFront Station (NEL – Purple Line).
  5. From HarbourFront, commuters can take either a broad walk or tram to Sentosa Area.


From Mall of Medini/ JB Customs (via Second Link)

  1. Take Causeway Link CW7 bus service from Mall of Medini straight to CIQ Second Link.
  2. From CIQ Second Link take Causeway Link CW7 bus services to go straight to Tuas Link MRT Station in Singapore.
  3. From Tuas Link MRT Station, take the green line (East West Line) to Buona Vista Interchange and take the Yellow Line to MRT HarbourFront Express Beach Station to go to Waterfront Station and walk straight to the entrance of Universal Studios Singapore™.


How to use Travel Bus Pass to travel between Singapore and Malaysia

You can take unlimited ride with those participating Causeway Link buses under the Travel Bus Pass Card to enter and exit Malaysia and Singapore. Remember to tap your Travel Bus Pass card every time you board the bus. A message stating “FREE RIDE” will be shown on the screen. Here is a recommended travel guide for you to get here.


First Link Via Queen Street:
