  • As you travel along the Causeway, remember to take all your belongings with you. You will not expect to use the same Causeway Link Bus when you cross the causeway.
  • The expected time to finish the immigration clearance from both sides (Malaysia and Singapore) depends on the number of tourists/ regular passengers traveling at that point in time.
  • Remember to keep your Travel Bus Pass card from any damages. Don’t let it wet or from being crumpled to protect the chip inside the card. Your travel card will be your access to enjoy an unlimited free ride to all Causeway Link cross-border buses between Singapore and Malaysia and also to Causeway Link Shopping and Leisure buses in Johor Bahru.
  • When traveling using the card, you need to be guided by the travel pack on how to use the card as all the Causeway buses are listed there for your references.
  • If the bus left you, don’t panic. You have to wait for the next bus with the same route number to get to your destination (this will not apply inside the Causeway).  Your bus fare is free of charge for as long as you tap the card at the card reader machine.
  • Timekeepers in Singapore ask passengers/tourists to tap their card at the card reader machine stationed at there counter.
