Why do I need to show my National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) or Passport Number when buying Express Bus Ticket at the counter?

The customer’s National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) or Passport Number is a unique personal data that needs to be verified by the system in order to record the loyalty point of the Causeway Link Express Bus Service Customer.
