Transit Pass Terms & Conditions
- Express Bus Tickets under this package is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Express Bus Tickets with transit pass is only available for purchase at Causeway Link counter located at the IMM Mall in Singapore (Level 02-62).
- Transit pass package includes express bus tickets to and from Singapore and Malaysia together with Transit Pass Card for unlimited FREE RIDE on cross-border and shopping and leisure routes to get to Larkin Bus Terminal in Johor Bahru to connect with Causeway Link express buses going to Kuala Lumpur, Mersing, Batu Pahat, or Melaka.
- Traveling dates of both ways need to be confirmed by the customer upon purchase.
- Transit Pass Card is only valid for traveling to and from Singapore and Larkin Terminal via the Causeway Link cross-border and shopping and leisure routes bus services.
- Express Tickets must be presented at the Centralized Ticketing counter of Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS), Johor Bahru Larkin Bus terminal and Melaka Sentral Bus Terminal in exchange for boarding pass.
- Passenger arriving at Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) and Melaka Sentral Bus Terminal going back to Johor Bahru to transit back to Singapore must exchange their Causeway Link Express bus tickets to the terminal’s Centralized ticketing counter before boarding the bus.
- Delays for the expected bus arrival and departure time maybe change from time to time depending on traffic condition.
- This package follows the terms and conditions stated at the generic terms and condition of Causeway Link Express bus service published at www.causewaylink.com.my
- Handal Indah Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel, change and/or refund all purchase made, any decision made by Handal Indah Sdn Bhd in this regard is considered final and binding.
- These terms and condition maybe change from time to time.
