Terms and Conditions For Free Shuttle Bus Service to HarbourFront

  1. General
    1.1. By purchasing or using a ticket for the bus shuttle service, passengers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
    1.2. The operator reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
  2. Ticketing and Fares
    2.1. All passengers must possess a valid ticket for travel.
    2.2. Tickets are non-transferable and may be used only by the individual named on the ticket where applicable.
    2.3. Refunds or changes to ticket reservations may be subject to an administrative fee and operator policies.
    2.4. Promotional tickets are subject to availability and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  3. Boarding and Travel
    3.1. Passengers must arrive at the designated boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
    3.2. The operator is not responsible for passengers who miss their departure due to late arrival.
    3.3. The operator reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger who is deemed unfit for travel due to intoxication, disorderly behavior, or other reasons that may endanger safety.
  4. Baggage Policy
    4.1. Each passenger is allowed one carry-on bag and one checked-in bag, or below 15kgs subject to weight and size restrictions.
    4.2. The operator is not liable for lost or damaged baggage unless caused by negligence of the operator.
    4.3. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, hazardous materials, illegal substances, and weapons.
  5. Passenger Conduct
    5.1. Passengers must comply with all safety instructions from the driver and staff.
    5.2. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board.
    5.3. Passengers causing disturbances may be removed from the service without a refund.
  6. Service Disruptions
    6.1. The operator reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reroute services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or technical issues.
    6.2. In the event of a service cancellation, affected passengers may be offered alternative travel arrangements or a refund.
  7. Liability
    7.1. The operator is not responsible for any indirect losses, such as missed connections or accommodations, due to service disruptions.
    7.2. The operator’s liability for any injury, loss, or damage shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  8. Governing Law
    8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operates.
    8.2. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with local legal procedures.
