Terms and Conditions
- This Order Summary is issued upon passenger’s acceptance of Handal Indah’s General Ticketing Policy (“Policy”) and successful payment of the order. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms of this fine print and the Policy, the Policy will prevail, govern, and control.
- Passenger(s) are advised to print out your order summary or have it ready to view on their phone/tablet to expedite the check-in/boarding process at the check-in counter. Fees may be imposed for re-print at the counter. If there’s no counter available, passenger may use this Order Summary for boarding purposes.
- It is the passenger’s responsibility to make sure that they have all the required travel documents (e.g. passport, visa, entry permit, etc.) to enter the destination.
- Save for Refundable Booking, all Tickets sold are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable regardless of any duplicate bookings, loss of ticket, lateness, or refused entry to the destination unless otherwise agreed by the relevant transportation company and charges may be imposed.
- Unless otherwise stated, the luggage allowance for each passenger shall not exceed the size of 20 inches, otherwise charges may be imposed. Handal Indah will not be liable for any losses or damages to their luggage howsoever arising.
- Prohibited items including but not limited to drugs and flammable items are not allowed on board. Passenger will have to bear the responsibility for the possession of prohibited items if discovered.
- Please ensure the necessary embarkation cards have been filled up before any customs clearance. Please seek assistance from the officer on the bus if the passenger requires any assistance.
- For all international travel, the bus will only wait for at most 20 minutes at the immigration checkpoint or at such point as informed by the transportation company from time to time. It is advised to check with the transportation driver/officer available on the bus. The bus will depart and board on time and it is the passenger’s sole responsibility to arrange his/her own transport to the destination should he/she fail to get on the board.
- Transport companies do not wait for customers to apply for a visa upon arrival (VOA). Passengers have to apply in advance before they travel.
- For Premium Express Bus passengers, you are entitled to extra coverage under Personal Accident Insurance (Tune Insurance Malaysia Berhad). To view the policy details and claim procedure in case of an accident, please click Insurance Policy
- Handal Indah reserves the right to amend the terms of this Order Summary and any amendments will be informed to the passenger as soon as reasonably possible.
