In regards to the announcement of Malaysian Prime Minister on the pandemic COVID-19, a travel restrictions has been ordered and one of them is the restriction for all Malaysians to travel overseas as well as the banning on all tourist to enter the country.
This said order will take effect from from 18th March, 2020 until 12nd May, 2020 to help reduce the confirmed cases of COVID19 in the country.
Hence, Causeway Link wished to inform the public to stay at home if they are not required to travel. We continuously work with the authorities to update you as and when necessary.
If you are one of our passengers who booked the ticket within the period of 18th March, 2020 until 12nd May, 2020, please refer to the below frequently asked questions:
We are strongly encourage you to reschedule your bus ride so that you will be able to use it for the next travel. The rescheduling must be 72 hours before departure time.
You can reschedule your bus ticket from Causeway Link website or visit to Causeway Link selected counter for the rescheduling.
If you unable to reschedule via above channels, please email to our customer support for further assistance.
If you purchased from Causeway Link website, you can reschedule your bus ticket within 2 months or rebook your ticket via refund voucher code until October 31, 2020. We will waive the surcharge fee if the travelling date falls within 18th March, 2020 to 12nd May, 2020.

If you have decided not to travel within 18th March, 2020 to 12nd May, 2020. You can cancel your trip with a request for non-cash refund which would be converted into a voucher code to be used in your next travel.
In order to get the voucher code, you need to submit your refund voucher request form for verification purposes. Your travelling ticket must be falls within 18th March, 2020 to 12nd May, 2020 and must request the refund voucher at least 24 hours before departure time.
You can also opt to reschedule your bus ride at no cost from our website.
No, you cannot request for refund if your bus trip has past. The refund voucher request must be at least 24 hours before departure time.
We will attend your request as soon as possible. Your refund voucher will be emailed to you within 30 days.

Tickets purchased from us have a validity of 6 months. However, if the visiting date falls within the temporary closure period (Wednesday, 18th March until Tuesday, 12nd May, 2020), you are entitled for full refund.
