How to check latest ticket status from “My Account”?
You can check all your bus ticket transaction from “My Account”
Scenario 1: Purchase 1 express bus ticket and change the departure date and/or time
The original transaction status will appear “Changed”.
The latest transaction will appear “Approved” for the new ticket.
Scenario 2: Purchase more than 1 express bus tickets and change one of the express bus ticket departure date and/or time
You can find a new transaction in the list and status will appear “Approved” for the latest and original transaction.
The original express bus ticket will still remain in the original transaction ref no.
The latest express bus ticket will appear in the new “Approved” transaction ref no.
