Causeway Link Contact Tracing (Effective on 1 June 2020)

Dear valued commuters,

Contact tracing is currently a core disease control measure employed by many public and private agencies, a key strategy for preventing further spread of COVID-19.

In response to the government’s pandemic prevention measure, starting from 1st June 2020, all passengers need to do this exercise every time they board our buses.

Do your part by completing your contact tracing registration with the following steps and rest assured that all details are taken with strict confidentiality following the current privacy policy of our company.

During this period, please expect a longer waiting time due to high volume of passengers. We highly recommend passengers to complete the registration steps with their smartphones to speed up the boarding time and cut down the human interaction as much as possible.

Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.

  • Please scan the QR Code or browse the URL(if you unable to scan the QR Code) to fill in the Contact Tracing Form every time you board any of our Causeway Link buses. The QR Code will be posted in every Causeway Link Buses.:

 Don’t have a smartphone? Please approach to our Bus Captain and provide your contact details every time you board the bus.

  •  If it’s your first time to fill up the Causeway Link Contact Tracing Form, please key in your “Full Name” and “Contact Number”. All provided data must be valid and true according to your identity before clicking the “Submit” button.
  • Show your mobile phone to our Bus Captain for validation.:
  • Please scan the QR Code or browse the URL(if you unable to scan the QR Code) to fill in the Contact Tracing Form every time you board any of our Causeway Link buses. The QR Code will be posted in every Causeway Link Buses.:
