- Go to "Track My Shipment" page
- Enter the consignment note provided by us
- Click on "Track" (Tracking summary will show consignment note number, origin, destination, status, receiver's name and time delivered)

After confirmation of payment transaction, you will receive a tax invoice through your email within 24 hours

You will get your tracking number through your email
When can I start checking my tracking number?
It will be available online after 24 hours upon receiving the tracking number from our customer service
I just received an email saying that my item has been in progress for delivery, when will I receive my order?
Once shipped, you should receive your order within 1-2 working days (within Malaysia) or 2-3 working days (for Singapore). For international shipping it will take longer lead time
